Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga, also known as hammock yoga or suspension yoga, offers a unique way to practice yoga by using a hammock as a prop. Experience the gentle embrace of the hammock, providing support as you explore backbends, inversions, and relaxation poses. This practice not only enhances your flexibility but also helps develop arm and core strength. Discover the joy of floating as you deepen your yoga journey!  (Best not to wear jewelry in this class as it could damage the hammocks and in rare cases, even catch the fabric and tear the skin. )
