Yoga for Strength and Mobility with Pat
For experienced yogis and adventurous beginners
Join us in a welcoming warm room for a range of sequences that incorporate strong muscle engagement as well as drills geared to improve overall mobility. Classes may include work toward back bends, arm balances, hip mobility, and inversions. Modifications and physical adjustments will be offered when appropriate. At the instructor’s discretion, flow work may be paused to break down particular skills or poses. The pace can be slow and intentional, but this is not a gentle yoga class. We encourage you to go as deeply as you like while maintaining safe, optimal alignment that works for your body.

Align and Flow with Amy
For all levels
Amy’s class will begin with centering and breath work. Verbal and hands-on adjustments and alignment cues will be offered to encourage a deeper understanding of the yoga practice. Every class will offer something a little different, some classes working toward arm balances or hip openers, for example, and others working toward inversions. However, modifications and tools are offered when students choose not to explore the offered poses.

Align and Flow with Pat
Step into our Align and Flow Class and experience the transformative power of moving mindfully. Your instructor will guide you with both verbal and hands on adjustments. Come to your mat, breathe deeply, and allow this yoga practice to carry you toward greater well-being, balance, and self-awareness. Cultivate strength and flexibility, let each practice be an act of self-care and celebration—a gentle reminder that every breath, every pose, and every mindful moment draws you closer to your fullest potential.

Uplift AcroYoga Basics
Acroyoga is a blend of yoga, acrobatics, Thai yoga massage, and dance. Communication skills are honed during this class as we playfully work together and learn to trust when we base, fly, and spot each other. The class begins with strengthening warm-ups or balancing and counter-balancing activities with a partner or as a group. Then we take on the roles of base, flyer and spotter as we practice therapeutic as well as active acroyoga postures and flows. Within the framework of connection, patience and determination, students progress toward more difficult skills such as handstands, deeper backbends, and other more advanced acroyoga poses and transitions. Acrobatic skills are not a prerequisite for this class.

Aerial Hammock + Playground Time
(Aerial classes must be booked in advance due to limited space)
Aerial Yoga, also known as hammock yoga or suspension yoga, offers a unique way to practice yoga by using a hammock as a prop. Experience the embrace of the hammock, providing support as you explore backbends, inversions, and relaxation poses. This practice not only enhances your flexibility but also helps develop arm and core strength. Discover the joy of floating as you deepen your yoga journey!
for those who wish to do some extra practicing we are offering a 15 minute play time after class.
Tips -
* Please remove jewelry for this class as it could damage the hammocks and in rare cases, even catch the fabric and tear the skin.
* For your comfort wear leggings that reach below the knees and a top that covers your torso.
